About The Job

We’re looking for an HR/ People Operations Coordinator who can strengthen our People Team by supporting day-to-day operations within the scope of the entire employee lifecycle of attracting, developing and retaining high-performing talent. This role will report into the People Operations Manager.

Our team also covers People Experience and Internal Communications and is led by the Founder and Chief of Staff. Success in this role calls for a strong organized approach to work, and meticulous attention to detail as well as a commitment to ongoing learning and development.

What you’ll do

  • Manage day-to-day tasks and administrative duties within:
    • Recruitment & Onboarding
    • Performance & Development
    • Retention & Offboarding
    • Administer, coordinate & support implementation of People processes, structures and policies
    • Administer, coordinate & support compliance of HR legal and VISA-sponsorship
    • Culture & Employee engagement: Coordinate & support team and company gatherings
    • Administrate platforms & tools

    About You

    • A master of organizational skills - with hawk-eye attention to details
    • A get-s***-done mindset
    • Proactive problem solver - foreseeing what’s around the corner and taking action, not waiting to be asked
    • Ability to act at speed with little guidance (common sense) - but not afraid of asking questions
    • Strong communication skills across a remote working environment
    • Minimum 2-4 years of experience in a People Operations/HR role
