Role Responsibilities
- Apply compensation, benefits, and job analysis expertise to train and refine AI models using real-world HR scenarios.
- Administer and evaluate employee benefit programs, collaborating with insurance brokers and plan providers.
- Ensure compliance with state and federal employment laws, including reporting and regulatory requirements.
- Research and analyze compensation and benefits practices to recommend data-driven improvements.
- Develop structured training materials and guidance for both employees and AI systems.
- Proven experience in compensation, benefits administration, and job analysis within HR functions.
- Strong knowledge of state and federal employment laws and HR compliance requirements.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills with high attention to detail.
- Experience working with insurance brokers, HR teams, and cross-functional stakeholders.
- Tech-savvy, solution-oriented, and comfortable working independently in a remote environment.
