Position: Workforce Operations Expert
Type: Hourly contract
Compensation: $40 - $50/hour

Role Responsibilities
- Design and optimize structured rubrics for evaluating AI model outputs in workforce operations.
- Analyze and reconcile employee data from multiple systems to ensure accuracy and consistency.
- Collaborate with AI teams to create high-quality training data and evaluation tasks.
- Monitor workforce trends and generate reports to support operational decision-making.
- Support business continuity and incident response through workforce analytics.
- Communicate insights and recommendations to cross-functional stakeholders.
- Contribute to scalable workflows aligned with HR, security, and operational protocols.
Requirements
- Strong experience in people analytics, workforce tracking, and reporting systems.
- Experience developing structured rubrics for AI or data-driven projects.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Background in business continuity, crisis management, or incident response.
- Ability to analyze complex data and make informed decisions under uncertainty.
- Familiarity with cross-functional workflows across HR, security, and operations.
- High attention to detail with a strong focus on data integrity.
