Position: People Experience Manager
Type: Hourly contract
Compensation: $12–$20/hour

Commitment: 10–40 hours/week
Role Responsibilities
- Coordinate employee gifting programs including onboarding, milestones, and recognition initiatives.
- Manage vendors, orders, shipping logistics, and delivery timelines across regions.
- Track inventories, budgets, and fulfillment status with high accuracy.
- Support defined people experience initiatives and operational tasks as needed.
- Maintain clear documentation and records for all people-related activities.
- Communicate effectively with internal stakeholders and external vendors.
- Identify and flag operational issues early to keep workflows clean and predictable.
Requirements
- Strong organizational skills with high attention to detail.
- Comfort handling logistics, repetitive processes, and follow-through tasks.
- Clear and professional written communication skills.
- Ability to operate across time zones and manage international logistics.
- Reliable, structured, and execution-focused working style.
- Comfortable working independently in a remote, project-based environment.
