HR Manager (Remote)

Hello! We are CREOS Play, the #1 team in Europe for producing advertising video creatives! We carry out a full cycle of video advertising production: from creating an idea, developing and writing technical specifications, to the final transfer of the finished material to the customer.

Our partners are famous global brands: Playrix, Nexters, My.com, Game Insight, Creative Mobile, etc. We work with such world-famous projects as: Hero Wars, Hustle Castle, Nitro Nation, etc.

We are looking for people who love to play mobile games a lot and are ready to come up with various cool static and video creatives! Even if you don’t have enough experience, we will teach and tell you everything!;)

Responsibilities

• Work in the following areas: Digital, IT, Design, Management.
• Active search for outsourced designers on specialized, profile sites, including social networks, forums, etc.
• Selection and use of new sources to find the required specialists.
• Maintaining a register and the necessary document flow for personnel, including drafting and executing employment contracts, forming and recording personal files of employees.
• Organizing and conducting interviews.
• Working with onboarding and professional development of employees.
• Fulfilling weekly/monthly hiring plans.
  
  

Requirements

• Attentiveness, accuracy, self-organization.
• Knowledge of labor legislation.
• Ability to work according to the rules.
• Desire to grow and develop in the field of HR, IT.
• Literate oral and written speech.

• Fully remote work, 5/2 schedule (from 10:00 to 19:00 Moscow time with an hour for lunch).
