We are seeking a motivated HR Information Systems Intern to join our team for the summer/fall term. This is a remote, part-time role (approximately 20 hours per week) designed to provide hands-on experience supporting real-world system implementations, process development, and data analysis.

Key Responsibilities
- Assist in the development of process documentation and workflows for new software implementations
- Create training materials, including PowerPoint presentations and short instructional videos
- Support vendor collaboration efforts, including participating in needs analysis discussions and requirement gathering
- Define reporting needs and collaborate with vendors to develop and test reports
- Assist with system testing during implementation phases (user acceptance testing and validation)
- Perform data comparison and validation tasks using spreadsheets and cross-system analysis
- Help identify gaps, inconsistencies, and opportunities for process improvement
- Provide general support to the Information Systems team as needed during implementation cycles
- Strong attention to detail and analytical thinking skills
- Comfortable working with spreadsheets (Excel or similar tools)
- Clear written and verbal communication skills
- Interest in system implementation, process improvement, or business analysis
- Ability to work independently in a remote environment while staying organized
- Familiarity with PowerPoint and basic video creation tools
