In this role, you will play a vital part in supporting our commercial business line, which includes sales, technical support, service, project management, and customer relations. About The Role

Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field (preferred)
- Minimum of 5+ years of HR experience, ideally within a commercial, sales-driven, or multi-site environment
- Proven experience with full-cycle recruitment processes
- Strong knowledge of HR practices and employment regulations in the U.S. (Canada experience is an asset)
- Excellent communication, professionalism, and relationship-building skills
- High attention to detail with strong organizational and multitasking abilities
- Proficiency in HRIS systems, ATS tools, and Microsoft Office Suite
- Manage recruitment processes for commercial roles across the Americas, including posting jobs, sourcing candidates, screening, interviewing, and extending offers
- Develop and maintain talent pipelines for high-demand positions and implement proactive sourcing strategies
- Coordinate background checks, reference checks, onboarding, and new hire documentation
- Collaborate with HRBP and hiring managers to understand workforce needs and assist in workforce planning
- Prepare and update job descriptions and postings aligned with business objectives
- Serve as the first point of contact for employee relations inquiries within the commercial business line
- Provide guidance on HR policies, benefits, compliance, and performance management
- Support employee onboarding, training logistics, and development initiatives
- Track training completions, certifications, and support probationary reviews
- Maintain accurate employee records in HRIS, ensuring compliance with U.S. and Canadian employment laws
- Assist with benefits administration, including inquiries, enrollment, and open enrollment activities
- Support HR projects such as engagement initiatives, performance cycles, talent reviews, and diversity, equity, and inclusion programs
- Analyze HR data to identify trends and opportunities for process improvements
