2. About the Opportunity:

The HR Generalist plays a key role in supporting and coordinating human resources functions, including recruiting, onboarding, HR programs, performance management, and payroll processes. Reporting to the Director of Human Resources, this position ensures a consistent and effective employee experience from hiring through performance cycles and payroll. The role involves collaboration across HR, Finance, IT, and external partners and can be based on-site in Santa Clara, CA, or remotely on the East Coast (EST).


3. Responsibilities:

• Manage end-to-end onboarding processes, including offer acceptance and cross-functional setup

• Maintain accurate employee records and process updates

• Support immigration processes with coordination and documentation

• Administer HR programs and assist with process improvements

• Support performance management activities such as goal setting and reviews

• Assist with global payroll operations, including data validation and issue resolution

• Provide recruiting support by coordinating and scheduling interviews across time zones


4. Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree preferred in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or related field

• 2 to 5 years of experience in coordination, operations, or HR support

• Experience with HRIS systems (e.g., Workday, BambooHR, Rippling, UKG)

• Proficiency with Applicant Tracking Systems, preferably Greenhouse

• Skilled in Microsoft Office applications

• Strong organizational and multitasking abilities

• High attention to detail and data accuracy

• Effective communication and stakeholder management skills

• Ability to manage confidential information discreetly


5. Pay Range and Compensation Package:

• The salary range for this position is $80,000 to $140,000 per year. Actual compensation will be based on relevant knowledge, skills, and experience.
