Qualifications
- Proven HR Generalist experience in growing or scaling remote and hybrid startup technology companies
- Strong knowledge of HR operations, compliance, and people programs
- Experience with onboarding, offboarding, and employee lifecycle management
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and take ownership of tasks
- Familiarity with benefits administration and employee engagement initiatives
- Location in or near Seattle preferred
- Manage core HR operations and provide day-to-day employee support
- Assist managers with leadership development and people management tools
- Coordinate compliance training, certifications, and mandatory programs
- Support benefits administration and employee engagement initiatives
- Oversee onboarding, offboarding, and employee lifecycle processes
- Partner with external HR and People support providers to share workload and expertise
- Identify operational gaps and implement practical, effective solutions
- Maintain accurate HR records and ensure compliance with relevant regulations
