Qualifications
- Proven HR Generalist experience, preferably in growing or scaling remote and hybrid startup tech companies
- Strong understanding of HR operations, compliance, and people management programs
- Experience supporting managers with leadership development initiatives
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently, prioritize tasks, and own execution
- Knowledge of employee lifecycle management, onboarding, and offboarding processes
- Familiarity with benefits administration and employee engagement programs
- Location: Seattle-based or willing to work in the Seattle area
- Manage core HR operations and provide ongoing employee support
- Assist managers with leadership development, coaching, and people management tools
- Coordinate compliance training, certifications, and mandatory programs
- Support benefits administration, including enrollment, inquiries, and employee programs
- Oversee onboarding processes for new hires and offboarding procedures for departing employees
- Partner with external HR and People resources to streamline workflows and divide responsibilities
- Identify operational gaps within HR processes and implement practical, scalable solutions
- Maintain accurate HR records and ensure adherence to legal and compliance standards
