2. About the Opportunity:

The HR Coordinator role supports the daily administration of HR systems and employee lifecycle processes for a fully remote workforce. This position is designed for someone early in their HR career looking to develop expertise in HR technology and operational support. The role involves working closely with senior HR leadership to maintain critical HR platforms, enhance employee experiences, and ensure compliance. It offers opportunities for growth and expanded responsibilities as the organization evolves.


3. Responsibilities:

• Administer HR platforms including ADP Workforce Now and Deel as the primary system expert

• Maintain employee records, system configurations, and data integrity

• Build and maintain reports for HR metrics, headcount, and compliance

• Manage document libraries, policy repositories, and knowledge bases

• Support system audits, cleanups, and process improvements

• Coordinate onboarding including I-9 processing and system access setup

• Support time off administration and specialized leave programs

• Manage employee communications and basic system and benefits inquiries

• Deploy and manage employee surveys and engagement initiatives

• Reconcile benefits enrollment data and invoices

• Assist with open enrollment, Qualifying Life Events, and ACA reporting

• Maintain HR compliance calendar and assist with regulatory tasks

• Partner with Finance on monthly benefits invoice processing

• Maintain employee-facing resources such as FAQs, handbooks, and guides

• Communicate HR updates to US and India teams

• Provide operational support for events, admin logistics, and finance tasks

• Collaborate with IT, Finance, and Legal on integrations and projects

• Take on additional responsibilities as the business grows


4. Requirements:

• Bachelor''s degree in Human Resources, Business, or related field

• 1-2 years of HR, administrative, operations, or coordinator experience (internship experience considered)

• Experience with HRIS platforms preferred; ADP Workforce Now experience valuable

• Strong skills in Excel/Google Sheets including formulas and pivot tables

• Ability to learn new systems quickly

• Interest in using technology and AI tools to improve efficiency

• High attention to detail and follow-through

• Strong organizational skills and ability to manage competing priorities

• Clear and proactive communication skills

• Discretion with confidential information

• Ownership mindset with commitment to accuracy


5. Pay Range and Compensation Package:

• The pay range and compensation package for this role will be determined based on the candidate’s experience, skills, and other relevant factors.
