Position: Global Mobility Expert

Compensation: $20 - $50/hour

Role Responsibilities
- Design, draft, and review structured rubrics to train AI models on employee travel and cross-border movement scenarios.
- Synthesize complex mobility data and workflows into clear, actionable tasks for AI assessment and evaluation.
- Collaborate with HR, security, and communications stakeholders to ensure alignment with organizational protocols and business continuity planning.
- Leverage crisis management experience to create realistic, multi-stage scenario rubrics for AI training and evaluation.
- Assess and refine model outputs, focusing on structured reasoning, judgment under uncertainty, and response planning quality.
- Document best practices and contribute expertise to rubric development for enterprise-level global mobility operations.
Requirements
- Have demonstrated expertise in global mobility, expatriate management, or international HR operations.
- Have experience developing or evaluating rubrics, with the ability to articulate structured feedback for AI or data-centric projects.
- Possess strong judgment and decision-making skills in crisis management, emergency operations, or enterprise incident response.
- Be familiar with organizational workflows, including HR, security, and communications protocols.
- Have exceptional written and verbal communication skills, with attention to clarity and detail.
