Role Overview

We are hiring a Business Operations Associate to support strategic projects across the company. The role spans analysis, project management, and the cross-functional work that makes complex initiatives actually ship.


Key Responsibilities

- Run analyses to support strategic decisions across the business

- Manage cross-functional projects from kickoff to delivery

- Build operational dashboards and trackers

- Document processes and identify opportunities for improvement

- Prepare materials for leadership meetings and reviews

- Partner with functional teams on planning and execution


Required Skills and Qualifications

- 2+ years in business operations, consulting, banking, or strategy roles

- Strong analytical skills and proficiency with Excel and SQL

- Excellent written communication and structured thinking

- Comfort managing projects across multiple stakeholders

- Bias for action and ability to navigate ambiguity

- Hands-on with project management and BI tools
