About The Role
We are seeking an experienced Human Resources Business Partner (HRBP) to support our Go-To-Market (GTM) organization, including Sales, Solutions Engineering, and Revenue Operations teams. This strategic role involves partnering closely with managers and leaders to optimize people operations, enhance team effectiveness, and facilitate scalable growth. The HRBP will serve as a trusted advisor to senior leaders, providing practical guidance on performance management, organizational development, and employee relations. The role requires a proactive approach to identifying gaps in existing HR processes and implementing solutions that improve efficiency and employee experience.
The ideal candidate will possess a deep understanding of HR practices within high-growth environments, especially supporting revenue-driven teams. They will be responsible for managing core HR functions such as performance reviews, onboarding, offboarding, compensation planning, and employee engagement initiatives. Qualifications
- 5+ years of HR experience, including direct support of GTM or revenue teams such as Sales, Customer Success, Marketing, or RevOps
- Proven ability to navigate ambiguous or complex people decisions with practical, partnership-driven solutions
- Strong communication and relationship-building skills across multiple organizational levels
- Experience managing performance review and calibration processes in fast-paced settings
- Demonstrated expertise in employee relations, handling sensitive situations with discretion
- Supporting compensation planning, promotion, and leveling decisions
- Comfort with analyzing and utilizing people data to inform decisions
- Experience working within a small, high-ownership HR team environment
- Ability to support organizational growth through process improvements and strategic initiatives
- Eligible to work in the USA with a valid work permit
- Support GTM managers through core HR functions, including performance management, onboarding, and offboarding processes
- Own and facilitate performance review cycles, calibration processes, and performance improvement plans
- Assist with compensation planning, including promotions, leveling, and calibration discussions
- Handle employee relations issues, providing guidance and support to managers and employees
- Support internal mobility initiatives and career development conversations
- Partner with managers to address team dynamics, underperformance, and organizational changes
- Maintain and analyze people data to identify trends, risks, and opportunities for improvement
- Identify gaps in HR processes and implement practical solutions to enhance efficiency and effectiveness
