About The Role
The Human Resources Business Partner (HRBP) at Shure plays a pivotal role in supporting our organizational objectives by partnering closely with HR management and business leaders. This hybrid position involves implementing and executing HR programs that encompass corporate policies, talent management, talent acquisition, and employee engagement initiatives. The HRBP will serve as a trusted advisor and point of contact for associates across multiple locations, ensuring HR policies and practices are aligned with company culture and regional labor standards. This role requires a proactive, adaptable professional who is passionate about building strong relationships, supporting employee development, and fostering a positive workplace environment. The position involves a mix of strategic planning, operational support, and administrative tasks, with a focus on delivering an exceptional associate experience. The HRBP will support offices in Niles, Skokie, and Wheeling, Illinois, with a flexible schedule that includes 2-3 days on-site per week to facilitate collaboration and engagement.

Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or a related field
- Minimum of 1-2 years of professional HR experience, ideally as an HR Business Partner or Generalist
- Basic experience with Human Resources Information Systems (e.g., Oracle, iCIMS, SuccessFactors)
- Proficiency with Microsoft Outlook, Excel, Word, Teams, and PowerPoint
- Ability to leverage company-authorized AI tools to enhance efficiency and creativity
- Strong verbal and written communication skills with the ability to interact professionally across all levels of the organization
- High level of integrity and confidentiality in handling sensitive information
- Exceptional time-management skills with the ability to prioritize multiple tasks
- Global mindset with an interest in international labor standards and diverse workplace cultures
- Openness to feedback and continuous learning
- Ability to travel between Niles, Skokie, and Wheeling locations as scheduled
- Understanding of federal, state, and local employment laws
- Authorized to work full-time in the United States (no visa sponsorship available)
- Serve as a primary contact for associates regarding HR policies, ensuring consistent interpretation aligned with company culture and regional labor laws
- Manage and prioritize requests from multiple stakeholders, often handling urgent matters simultaneously
- Assist in administering talent and performance management initiatives, including communication, tracking metrics, and generating reports
- Support HR leadership in documenting employee relations issues and ensuring compliance across regional offices
- Partner with the team to design and execute engagement initiatives suitable for in-person, remote, or hybrid employees, such as virtual team-building activities and events
- Participate in employment functions, including interviewing, recruiting, stay and exit interviews
- Contribute to HR divisional projects and initiatives as assigned
- Perform administrative duties such as filing, scheduling, activity coordination, and providing backup support for HR functions
