Key Responsibilities
- Review HR outputs including job descriptions, compensation benchmarks, and policy interpretations
- Evaluate workflows across hiring, performance management, and workforce planning cycles
- Validate HR data across areas such as benefits, employee relations, and HR operations
- Assess compliance alignment with employment regulations and HR standards
- Provide structured, actionable feedback to improve output quality and consistency
Core Requirements
- Strong understanding of core HR functions including recruiting, compensation, and employee relations
- Familiarity with employment regulations and HR compliance frameworks
- Ability to translate HR workflows into structured evaluation scenarios
- High attention to detail with consistent analytical judgment
- Clear, concise written communication and documentation skills
Additional Strengths
- Experience with HR systems or workforce management tools
- Exposure to organizational development or learning initiatives
- Professional HR certification or equivalent domain expertise
