HR Advisor – Employee Relations (Fully Remote)

We are looking for an experienced HR Advisor to join our team in a fully remote capacity. This role is ideal for a confident HR professional with strong employee relations experience who can independently advise employers and manage workplace investigations from start to finish.
You will play a key role in supporting businesses with day-to-day HR issues, ensuring compliance with employment law, and delivering practical, commercially focused advice.
- Providing expert HR advice to employers on a wide range of employee relations matters
- Managing and conducting disciplinary, grievance, and absence investigations end-to-end
- Drafting investigation reports, outcome letters, and HR documentation
- Advising on performance management, capability, and misconduct issues
- Supporting employers with complex and sensitive workplace situations
- Ensuring HR practices are compliant with current UK employment law
- Building strong relationships with clients and stakeholders
- Proven experience in an HR Advisor or similar role
- Strong background in employee relations and workplace investigations
- Confident working independently and managing your own caseload
- Excellent report writing and documentation skills
- Solid understanding of UK employment law and HR best practice
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- CIPD qualified or equivalent experience preferred
- Comfortable working in a fully remote environment
