The Role
- Lead the end-to-end recruitment process, from managing high-volume interview scheduling to generating digital onboarding documentation and contracts.
- Maintain the integrity of the HRIS (Human Resources Information System), ensuring all employee records remain accurate, confidential, and GDPR compliant.
- Act as the bridge between HR and Finance, coordinating monthly payroll data processing and reporting to ensure zero-error compensation cycles.
- Serve as the first point of contact for managers and staff regarding company policies, employment regulations, and internal HR procedures.
- Track and report on key performance indicators (KPIs) including employee turnover, training completion rates, and diversity metrics using Microsoft Excel and HR data tools.
- Proven experience in HR Administration or a similar People Ops role, with a solid grasp of UK Employment Law and HR best practices.
- High proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, specifically advanced Excel (VLOOKUPs, Pivot Tables) and collaborative tools like Microsoft Teams.
- Exceptional organizational skills with a "no-task-too-small" attitude and the ability to manage competing deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills, capable of drafting professional internal communications and policy updates.
- A proactive approach to problem-solving and a commitment to maintaining complete confidentiality with sensitive employee data.
- Competitive salary of £28,000 - £30,000 per annum depending on experience.
