Pixel Events is building the modern event platform. We own and operate some of the fastest-growing event franchises in the country including Future Proof, RetailClub, ETF.com, and Safeguard, and we’re scaling a system that brings live events, technology, creative services, and data together under one roof. Pixel leadership includes the founders of industry leading events such as Future Proof, Money20/20, and Shoptalk, who are now building the next wave of modern, best-in-class events.

We don’t just build events and conferences. We’re building an entirely new standard for how people meet, learn, and do business through event experiences.

The Role

We’re looking for a Housing Manager to join our Event Operations team. We’ll teach you all the events-industry and Pixel-specific things you need to know to be successful in this role.

You’ll play a key role in managing and executing all housing-related logistics, working closely with hotels, internal teams, and vendors to ensure a seamless booking experience for attendees, sponsors, and staff across Pixel event franchises.

What You’ll Do

  • Manage hotel room blocks across multiple properties, including monitoring pickup pace, tracking availability, and managing cut-off dates
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for attendees and sponsors for all housing-related inquiries, including rooming link questions, waitlists, availability, and stay extensions
  • Build and manage hotel room inventory within Passkey, including setup and ongoing updates
  • Partner with key sponsors to create and manage sub-blocks
  • Monitor inventory and proactively adjust allocations to optimize utilization and minimize attrition risk
  • Communicate housing details, deadlines, and updates clearly and consistently to all stakeholders
  • Collaborate with internal teams (operations and sales) to align on housing needs and priorities
  • Troubleshoot and resolve housing-related issues quickly while maintaining a high level of customer service
  • Report to the Head of Operations on key housing metrics, including pickup pace, inventory, and financial performance

What Makes You a Strong Fit

  • 2–3 years of experience in event housing, hospitality, or event operations
  • Strong customer service mindset with the ability to communicate professionally and effectively
  • Exceptional attention to detail and organizational skills
  • Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines in a fast-paced environment
  • Comfortable working with contracts, spreadsheets, and data tracking
  • Proactive, solutions-oriented, and adaptable

Preferred Experience

  • Experience managing housing for large-scale events (1,000+ attendees)
  • Familiarity with hotel contracts, rebates, and concessions
  • Experience working with rooming lists and housing platforms
