Role Responsibilities
- Design occupation-specific questions based on real lodging and hospitality management workflows.
- Translate hotel operations, guest services, staffing, and revenue management scenarios into structured prompts.
- Review and evaluate AI-generated responses related to lodging operations and managerial decision-making.
- Provide written feedback on accuracy, realism, and alignment with real-world hospitality practices.
- Ensure scenarios reflect operational standards within accommodation and food services businesses.
- Work independently while meeting defined quality benchmarks and delivery timelines.
- Strong full-time experience as a Lodging Manager.
- Professional background within accommodation, hospitality, or food services operations.
- Strong understanding of hotel operations, guest experience management, and staff coordination.
- Excellent written communication and analytical reasoning skills.
- Access to a desktop or laptop computer (Chromebooks not supported).
- Ability to commit a minimum of 15 hours per week.
