👉 Senior Hotel Contractor (Remote) – with department management responsibilities
Main Responsibilities
• Develop and manage direct contracts with hotels and hotel chains.
• Bring and leverage your already active hotel portfolio.
• Coordinate and lead a commercial team (hotel contracting department).
• Negotiate rates, allotments, and competitive conditions.
• Monitor performance and optimize results.
Requirements
• Proven experience as a Hotel Contractor (tour operator, OTA, wholesaler, or similar).
• Active and consolidated hotel portfolio.
• Strong leadership and department management skills.
• Excellent negotiation and relationship-building abilities.
• Fluent in English; additional languages are a plus.
• Availability to work remotely on a freelance basis.
