About Us

CL Schneider Mentoring exists for experienced professionals who recognize that sustainable success begins with internal clarity, self-leadership and conscious ownership of one’s professional path.

In collaboration with established global partners, we provide access to advanced transformational leadership and success education. Many of the professionals we work with come from hospitality, corporate leadership or entrepreneurial environments. They bring strong people skills, resilience and leadership experience, and are now exploring how those strengths can evolve into a more flexible and self-directed professional model.


What the Role Involves

Your focus is on meaningful conversations with hospitality professionals who are exploring new professional directions. You listen carefully, explore alignment and help individuals gain clarity about whether our mentoring environment and Life Design programme are a good fit for them. From there, you support aligned individuals as they take their first steps toward greater independence and intentional professional design.


How You Contribute

• Initiate authentic conversations with hospitality professionals exploring new possibilities

• Facilitate short discovery conversations around leadership, personal growth and professional transition

• Recognize alignment between individuals and our mentoring environment

• Support individuals as they explore new professional pathways beyond traditional industry structures

• Work independently while collaborating within an international leadership environment

• Continue your own development through mentoring, training and self-leadership education
