Role Responsibilities
- Support AI-related work focused on travel, real estate, hospitality, and event strategy workflows
- Design rubric-style LLM prompts and evaluate AI-generated outputs
- Create and review structured evaluation tasks related to tourism, property operations, hospitality services, and event planning
- Assess model reasoning, operational practicality, and customer-facing communication quality
- Contribute expertise to improve AI systems used in hospitality, tourism, and real estate environments
- Experience in real estate, hospitality, tourism, or event strategy roles
- Prior experience working on Mercor rubric-style tasks preferred
- Strong understanding of operational workflows within travel, hospitality, property management, or events
- Ability to design effective prompts and critically evaluate LLM responses
- Excellent analytical thinking and written communication skills
- Comfortable working independently in a remote environment
