As a member of the Partnerships team, this role will be primarily responsible for supporting our day-to-day hospitality and ticketing needs with our partners, customers, and other key stakeholders. This role will serve as a direct concierge for our team, working closely with the Hospitality and Events Manager as well as other internal teams and stakeholders, to deliver against ticketing, hospitality, and administrative needs.


In addition to the day-to-day requests, the Hospitality & Events Coordinator will assist with event planning, logistics, and execution of live event activations for BET99. This role will help to ensure all events are organised efficiently, delivered on time, and exceed expectations for fans, stakeholders, and partners.


Responsibilities:

  • Assist with day-to-day ticketing concierge for our partners and key stakeholders, including both email and phone communication, servicing their ticket requests.
  • Assist with event logistics including travel, accreditation, catering, equipment, and accommodation for select BET99 customers and contest winners.
  • Help manage hospitality trackers and communicate key updates and recommendations as needed, while maintaining ticket inventory for internal and external stakeholders.
  • Assist with coordinating all hospitality requirements as needed, including but not limited to guest lists, suite rentals, bulk ticket buys, dinner reservations, and catering purchases.
  • Assist the Partnerships team with event activations – including event planning, logistics and on-site execution.
  • Contribute to post-event debriefs and reporting to identify key learnings and areas for improvement.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with BET99’s partners, affiliates, and key stakeholders.
  • Represent the BET99 brand with positivity and professionalism at our branded events and hospitality experiences.


Skills and Qualifications:

  • College/University degree in Business Administration, Event Management, Sports Management, or other relevant field or relative work experience.
  • 1-2 years’ experience in event coordination, ideally within sport, entertainment, or live events.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to balance multiple projects and prioritize under pressure.
  • Excellent communication skills and confidence working with internal and external stakeholders.
  • A proactive problem-solver with high attention to detail and a hands-on mindset.
  • Experience delivering client-focused solutions to customers and partners.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint); experience with event platforms is a plus.
  • Nice to Have: experience in the iGaming industry, experience in a highly regulated industry, and a passion for the sports and entertainment industry.
