- Coordinate and schedule meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements for team members and executives.
- Monitor and manage inboxes, draft professional emails, and respond to routine inquiries on behalf of the team
- Create, format, and edit documents, presentations, spreadsheets, and reports using Microsoft Office or Google Workspace.
- Maintain digital filing systems (cloud storage such as Google Drive, Dropbox, or Sharepoint).
- Prepare meeting agendas, take detailed minutes, and distribute action items to attendees.
- Act as a point of contact for clients and vendors, providing excellent customer service via phone, email, or chat.
- Must be 18 years or older
- Must be a citizen of the United States
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and Google Workspace
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Strong time management, problem solving, and the ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
