Key Responsibilities

  • Coordinate and schedule meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements for team members and executives.
  • Monitor and manage inboxes, draft professional emails, and respond to routine inquiries on behalf of the team
  • Create, format, and edit documents, presentations, spreadsheets, and reports using Microsoft Office or Google Workspace.
  • Maintain digital filing systems (cloud storage such as Google Drive, Dropbox, or Sharepoint).
  • Prepare meeting agendas, take detailed minutes, and distribute action items to attendees.
  • Act as a point of contact for clients and vendors, providing excellent customer service via phone, email, or chat.

Qualifications

  • Must be 18 years or older
  • Must be a citizen of the United States

Requirements

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and Google Workspace
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Strong time management, problem solving, and the ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
