Role Description

This is a remote role for a Home Delivery Logistics Coordinator. The Logistics Coordinator will be responsible for managing home delivery operations, coordinating with customers and delivery teams, scheduling appointments, ensuring timely deliveries, managing inventory, and handling customer service inquiries. The role requires strong organizational skills and attention to detail to ensure the smooth and efficient delivery of products.


Qualifications

  • Strong Analytical Skills for managing logistics and supply chain operations
  • Excellent Communication and Customer Service skills
  • Experience in Inventory Management and Supply Chain Management
  • Ability to work independently and manage remote operations
  • Proficient in using logistics and inventory management software
  • Problem-solving skills and ability to handle high-pressure situations
  • Previous experience in logistics or transportation industries is a plus
  • Bachelor's degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or related field is preferred
