Experienced Graphic Designer - Professional graphic design experience, ideally working with sportswear, apparel, e-commerce or consumer brands.
An understanding of sportswear production and garment decoration processes is a strong advantage.
Adobe Creative Suite Expertise
Advanced skills in Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop and the broader Adobe Creative Suite. Able to work efficiently while maintaining a high standard of quality and accuracy.
Exceptional Attention to Detail
Produces accurate artwork every time, with careful attention to sizing, numbering, logo placement, colour specifications, Pantone matching, templates and production requirements. Catches issues before artwork reaches production.
Creative Thinker
Brings ideas to the table rather than simply following instructions. Creates original concepts that help customers visualise their uniforms and elevate the overall quality of the brand.
Strong Technical Design Skills
Solid understanding of sublimation artwork, vector graphics, garment templates, production specifications and 3D mock-ups. Experience preparing files for offshore manufacturing is highly valued.
Brand-Focused
Able to work within established brand guidelines while producing creative that feels modern, premium and consistent across uniforms, social media and marketing materials.
Collaborative Communicator
Works effectively with Account Managers, Marketing and Production teams. Communicates clearly, responds promptly and manages revisions efficiently.

Takes responsibility for the quality, accuracy and timeliness of all creative work. Highly organised, self-motivated and able to manage priorities without constant supervision.

Portfolio Required
A portfolio showcasing relevant design work must be provided as part of the application process.
This is a remote role that will be set up as an independent contractor engagement.
This role is expected to align with the Australian business hours (approx. 10 AM - 6 PM, Monday to Friday aest) for collaboration, but as a contractor, you’ll have flexibility in how you manage your time.
