Are you a venture builder, product strategist, or innovation leader ready to help shape a bold new model for how ventures are created? We're seeking a seasoned advisor to join an Italy-based innovation company’s advisory board, providing expertise in translating an unconventional vision into commercially viable products, ventures, and scalable growth.
What You’ll Do:
- Guide business model development and strategic prioritisation across product, venture, and innovation initiatives
- Advise on commercialisation strategy and the transition from concept-stage ideas to market-ready products and ventures
- Support operational scaling, production planning, and execution alignment during an early but ambitious growth phase
- Help shape long-term strategic direction for a multi-disciplinary platform spanning innovation, product development, and venture creation
Who We’re Looking For:
- Senior executive with experience building or scaling startups, venture studios, innovation platforms, or entrepreneurial ecosystems
- Track record of bringing new products or ventures from concept to market
- Background in strategic development, commercialisation, or early-stage business building across complex or unconventional models
- Experience with property-led concepts, destination-based innovation, or distinctive physical environments is valued but not required
- Ability to balance bold creative ambition with practical execution, prioritisation, and long-term value creation
