Role Responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end recruitment projects for health and medical roles.
- Apply medical and human health expertise to assess and recommend top candidates.
- Engage and manage stakeholders to ensure alignment with hiring objectives.
- Drive process improvements to enhance recruitment efficiency and quality.
- Manage multiple recruitment initiatives simultaneously with urgency and precision.
- Produce clear written communication and reports for stakeholders.
Requirements
- Medical doctor or advanced degree in medicine, biology, or human health sciences.
- Strong project management and stakeholder management skills.
- Exceptional written and verbal communication abilities.
- Process improvement mindset with attention to detail.
- High ownership, resilience, and ability to thrive in fast-paced environments.
