We’re looking for a US-based healthcare operations professional with real, hands-on front desk / patient access experience in mid-to-large clinics or hospital outpatient facilities.
This is not a tech role.
This is about reality-checking workflows and saying:

🎯 What You’ll Do
You’ll review and validate reception, patient access, and front-desk workflows used to train operational systems. Your job is to flag:
- Unrealistic flows
- Missing steps
- Compliance risks
- Real-world edge cases
All from the perspective of someone who’s actually run a front desk — not designed software.
🧠 Core Experience We’re Looking For
You should have direct experience with:
- Appointment scheduling & rescheduling
- Patient registration & demographic verification
- Insurance eligibility, benefits, copays, and self-pay rules
- Referral intake & prior authorization workflows
- Check-in and check-out processes
- Front-desk notifications on pricing and billing handoffs
- Requests for payment collection or billing follow-ups
- Lab & imaging result release rules (front-desk scope)
- Escalations to clinical staff or billing teams
- Day-to-day SOP enforcement for reception teams
