Director of TikTok Shop - DTC Apparel & Active Lifestyle


A fast-scaling apparel and active lifestyle brand is hiring a Director of TikTok Shop to own and scale its TikTok commerce business into a high-growth, profitable revenue channel.


This is a full-funnel TikTok Shop leadership role, responsible for building and scaling a creator-led commerce engine across acquisition, conversion, and retention within the TikTok ecosystem.


The business has strong product-market fit and existing traction in performance channels, and is now entering its next phase of scale - moving from early TikTok Shop performance to a fully systemised, creator-driven revenue engine with high testing velocity, scalable affiliate infrastructure, and strong unit economics.


What you’ll own


  • End-to-end ownership of TikTok Shop revenue and performance
  • Scaling creator, affiliate, and influencer commerce ecosystems
  • Building and optimising live shopping strategy and execution
  • Driving product merchandising, storefront optimisation, and conversion rate improvements
  • Managing TikTok paid + organic performance in partnership with media teams
  • Developing and scaling a high-velocity content and creative testing system
  • Growth analytics across GMV, CAC, AOV, conversion rate, LTV, and contribution margin


Experience


  • 5–10+ years in ecommerce, social commerce, affiliate marketing, or performance growth
  • Proven success scaling TikTok Shop or creator-led commerce channels
  • Strong understanding of affiliate ecosystems, creator partnerships, and live commerce
  • Experience operating in high-growth DTC or marketplace environments
  • Strong analytical and commercial fluency (GMV, CAC, AOV, ROAS, LTV, margin)
