About The Role
As Head of Talent/Talent Specialist, you will:
- Develop infrastructure and processes to improve Iliad’s hiring process as the organization scales.
- Work with hiring managers to design roles and assessment criteria
- Proactively source candidates and manage candidate experience
- Excellent interpersonal skills and ability to represent Iliad's mission compellingly to candidates
- Experience recruiting is a strong plus, but not strictly required
- Comfort working with ambiguity and making sound judgments with incomplete information
- Comfort working with distributed teams and working remotely
- Ability and willingness to travel frequently to events in the US and UK
- Genuine interest in AI alignment is a plus but not required
