Green Life Science are supporting a long-standing client of ours who is seeking an experienced talent acquisition leader to oversee recruiting for healthcare and clinical research roles across multiple divisions. You will lead strategic recruiting initiatives, enhance the employer brand, and ensure the organization hires exceptional professionals across nursing, allied health, clinical research, and corporate support roles. Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience
- 10+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience within healthcare or clinical research
- 5+ years managing or leading a recruiting team
- Proven experience leveraging recruitment marketing, social media, and employer branding tools
- Familiarity with applicant tracking systems (Workday preferred)
- Experience with regulatory or compliance-driven hiring processes (clinical research, healthcare, or staffing agencies highly preferred)
- International recruiting or staffing experience is a plus
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute talent acquisition strategies for clinical research, healthcare, and related corporate roles
- Lead, coach, and develop a team of recruiters, ensuring best practices in healthcare staffing and compliance
- Manage day-to-day recruiting operations, including sourcing, candidate pipelines, interview processes, onboarding, and metrics
- Partner with hiring managers to understand workforce needs and deliver creative solutions for talent acquisition challenges
- Innovate sourcing strategies to attract healthcare professionals, nurses, and clinical research staff in a competitive market
- Build and maintain relationships with external partners, including staffing agencies, job boards, universities, and professional associations
- Collaborate with marketing to enhance the employer brand for healthcare and research talent
- Ensure hiring processes comply with regulatory and organizational standards, including background checks, licensure verification, and clinical qualifications
- Track and report on recruitment KPIs, providing insight and recommendations to senior leadership
- Expand international recruitment capabilities where needed, leveraging external agencies and internal strategies
