Over the last 4.5 years, we’ve grown from a small group of passionate marketers into an ambitious organization spanning Direct Response Marketing, Phone Sales, Marketplaces, Dermatologists, and world-class Customer Service & Retention teams.


We are entering our next phase of growth — and to scale without sacrificing quality or culture, we’re hiring a Head of Talent Acquisition to build out our sales and marketing teams and to help us find the leaders that will elevate us to the next level.


This role is for someone who is an active leader, who can roll up their sleeves and do the work, but can also drive progress by leading a team.


You’ll work closely with leadership, and your day-to-day impact will come from executing, closing, and building repeatable recruiting machines.

OUTCOMES YOU WILL OWN
  • Support scaling the business from a $30M run rate toward $250M
  • Build and execute hiring plans to grow our team from 80 to 300 people
  • Fill high-impact roles across Marketing, Sales, Ops, Creative, and Support
  • Create consistent recruiting pipelines so teams are never reactive
  • Improve hiring velocity while raising quality
  • Partner with Sales, Marketing, and Operations leaders to ensure every hire strengthens culture and performance
  • Help lay the foundation for long-term talent systems that scale with the company


RESPONSIBILITIES
  • Own full-cycle recruiting for multiple departments
  • Work with the team of 8 junior sales recruiters to hire high-volume sales talent
  • Hire leadership roles yourself
  • Translate growth goals into quarterly hiring plans
  • Source, screen, interview, and close high-performing candidates
  • Build interview scorecards and structured hiring processes
  • Train and support hiring managers to improve decision-making
  • Track hiring metrics (time-to-hire, quality, retention)
  • Maintain a strong employer brand and candidate experience
  • Identify recruiting bottlenecks and fix them quickly
  • Be engaged daily with your front-line recruiters


REQUIREMENTS
  • 6 days/week, 10 hours / day
  • High availability during peak hiring periods
  • Strong written and verbal communication
  • Comfort operating in a fast-paced, performance-driven environment
  • Prior experience recruiting in high-growth startups, DTC, or performance-driven teams preferred
