We're looking for a Head of Supply to lead that next chapter.
What you'll do:
- Own supply performance end-to-end: forecast accuracy, availability, inventory, OTIF, fulfillment, and cost-to-serve
- Drive supply strategy & scale: design a resilient, flexible operating model across suppliers, logistics, and channels (DTC, retail, marketplaces)
- Lead and build the team: create a high-performing, accountable supply organization
- Run S&OP and planning: align demand, supply, and financial goals across teams
- Manage suppliers & costs: ensure strong performance on quality, lead times, and margins
- Oversee logistics & fulfillment: deliver a consistent, high-quality customer experience
- Leverage data & systems: build KPI-driven processes, reporting, and automation
- Lead key projects: from network optimization to cost and lead time improvements
What we're looking for:
Experience
- Scaling supply chains in €50M–€100M+ businesses
- Background in consumer goods, e-commerce, or omnichannel
