Accountabilities
- Own relationships with CMOs and suppliers, ensuring quality, compliance, and performance standards are met
- Manage production planning, batch scheduling, and purchase order execution
- Implement supplier redundancy and risk mitigation strategies, including dual sourcing and geographic diversification
- Lead cost optimization initiatives across ingredient sourcing, packaging, freight, and logistics
- Develop inventory planning, service level targets, and cash efficiency strategies to meet demand and minimize stockouts
- Optimize warehousing, shipping, and fulfillment operations to reduce delivery times and costs
- Collaborate cross-functionally with Product, Marketing, and Commercial teams to support new product launches, feasibility, and operational trade-offs
- Continuously refine supply chain processes, systems, and workflows to scale efficiently with business growth
- 7–12+ years of experience in supplements, functional foods, or CPG supply chain management
- Proven track record of owning and scaling supply chain operations, not just supporting them
- Strong operator with commercial judgment and ability to implement structure without slowing growth
- Deep experience with CMOs, ingredient suppliers, and contract negotiation
- Expertise in MOQ and lead-time management, inventory planning, warehousing, and fulfillment economics
- Experience driving cost-down initiatives while maintaining product quality and brand perception
- Excellent problem-solving, cross-functional collaboration, and stakeholder management skills
