- Own and evolve the global social media strategy across platforms such as TikTok, Instagram, LinkedIn, and X.
- Define and maintain a distinctive brand voice that is fun, insightful, aspirational, and platform-appropriate.
- Produce and oversee high-velocity content, balancing viral moments with a consistent always-on presence.
- Collaborate closely with external creative agencies and content creators as strategic partners.
- Lead and mentor a small in-house social team, fostering growth and creativity.
- Use social listening and cultural signals to participate in relevant conversations in real time.
- Set clear success metrics and iterate based on performance, audience response, and engagement data.
