We’re partnering with a fast-growing cannabis tech company that’s reimagining how dispensaries sell online. Since launching in 2024, they’ve already captured over 20% of the Canadian market and consistently help retailers boost online sales by 30%+ within the first few months of onboarding.


Their platform powers the full customer journey—POS integration, order management, fulfillment, live chat, marketing automation, SEO-optimized storefronts—all purpose-built for cannabis. With a lean, product-focused team and no outside funding, they move fast and stay laser-focused on results.


Now, they’re hiring a Head of Sales to lead and scale their revenue engine across Canada and into the U.S.


What You’ll Be Doing:


  • Own new revenue targets and lead a small team of AEs (SDRs/BDRs coming soon)
  • Carry a personal quota while building the structure to scale—processes, playbooks, and outbound programs
  • Launch high-impact campaigns targeting single-store and multi-location dispensaries
  • Partner with Marketing on ICPs, messaging, and campaigns; work closely with Product, CS, and RevOps
  • Build a data-driven sales org with strong pipeline metrics, forecast accuracy, and coaching rituals


What We’re Looking For:


  • 7+ years in SaaS sales, including 3+ years leading teams in a high-growth environment
  • Proven ability to grow ARR from ~$1M to $3M+ with a repeatable playbook and outbound motion
  • Confident closing SMB and mid-market deals (ACV $5K+ for SMB, larger for multi-store chains) and accelerating cycles (≤8–12 weeks)
  • Executive presence and a hands-on, data-driven leadership style
  • Strong CRM skills (HubSpot or Salesforce), with experience using tools like Apollo, Outreach, etc.
  • Bonus: Experience in regulated or retail markets, background in cannabis tech, fulfillment, eCommerce, or adjacent sectors
