We are working with a fast-growing surgical robotics company revolutionizing operating rooms with precision, safety, and efficiency. We’re seeking a strategic, driven Head of Sales to lead their commercial growth across Germany and beyond.
Your Role
- Own and drive the full sales strategy for Germany and DACH region
- Build and lead a high-performance sales team from the ground up
- Develop and execute regional go-to-market and key account strategies
- Identify and penetrate new hospital and surgical centre markets
- Cultivate relationships with key clinical stakeholders and decision-makers
- Collaborate closely with marketing, clinical, and product teams
- Provide accurate forecasting and sales pipeline reporting to leadership
- Represent the company at conferences, trade shows, and industry events
- Support distributor and channel partner strategy where applicable
Your Profile
- 8+ years in medical device sales, preferably in surgical robotics or capital equipment
- Proven leadership experience in sales management roles
- Strong network within hospitals, surgical departments, and healthcare procurement
- Strategic thinker with hands-on, execution-driven mindset
- Excellent negotiation and communication skills in German and English
- Deep understanding of the German healthcare system and hospital procurement processes
- Willingness to travel across Germany and Europe (up to 50%)
- Bachelor’s or higher in business, engineering, life sciences, or related field
