Employment Type: Full-Time

Compensation: Base + Performance-Based Commission (High Earning Potential)


About the Role

We are looking for a hands-on Head of Sales to build, lead, and scale a high-performing revenue engine.

This is a builder role where you will own the full sales lifecycle, from outbound strategy and pipeline generation to closing deals and leading teams. You’ll play a critical role in shaping the sales function and driving growth in a fast-paced environment.


Required Experience

  • Proven success in B2B sales (Staffing, EOR, or BPO preferred).
  • Strong track record of closing deals and hitting revenue targets.
  • Experience building and scaling BDR and AE teams.
  • Deep experience in outbound sales and pipeline generation.
  • Hands-on experience with Apollo, GoHighLevel, and CRM systems.
  • Strong presentation and selling skills (virtual & in-person).
  • Excellent leadership, communication, and execution skills.
