Established Search is supporting the European growth of a well-established medical device company focused on structural heart disease.


The company has developed and commercialized a portfolio of transcatheter devices, including a tricuspid valve currently in US clinical trials. With a strong global presence and continued growth, we're looking to add a Head of Sales to the team in Germany.


We are seeking an experienced and strategic Head of Sales to lead and expand commercial activities in the German market.


Key Responsibilities


  • Develop and execute the sales strategy for Germany
  • Manage and strengthen relationships with existing distributors to optimize performance and market coverage
  • Analyze market trends, customer needs, and competitor activity to shape commercial strategy
  • Collaborate closely with European sales teams, marketing, and product teams to align market initiatives
  • Prepare accurate sales forecasts and performance reports
  • Establish the framework for a future direct sales presence in Germany


Qualifications


  • Several years of experience in sales, business development, or channel management
  • Experience with transcatheter valve technologies
  • Proven success in managing distributor networks and growing market share
  • Strong leadership, negotiation, and relationship-building skills
  • Fluent in German and English
