5V Tech are representing a rapidly scaling EV charging company accelerating the transition to clean mobility across Europe. Their connected charging and energy management solutions are trusted by major fleets, OEMs, and infrastructure partners worldwide. They are now looking for a Head of Sales to lead their commercial expansion and take ownership of revenue growth across Europe.
You will:
• Build and lead a high-performing sales organisation across multiple markets
• Define and execute the commercial go-to-market strategy
• Drive enterprise-level deals with CPOs, OEMs, and large fleets
• Oversee sales performance, forecasting, and pipeline management
• Coach and develop the sales team to consistently exceed targets
• Collaborate closely with product and operations to align commercial priorities
• Represent the company at key industry events and conferences
You bring:
• Proven leadership experience managing B2B sales teams in E-mobility or energy tech
• Strong track record of driving revenue growth and building new business pipelines
• Deep understanding of EV charging, energy management, or SaaS-based solutions
• Strategic mindset with hands-on approach to closing high-value deals
• Excellent stakeholder and negotiation skills at C-level
• Established network within the EV or clean tech ecosystem
