KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Lead, develop, and inspire the retail sales organization in close alignment with senior management.
- Drive market entry and expansion by acquiring new retail and B2B customers while building long-term strategic partnerships.
- Lead commercial negotiations and manage key customer contracts across the Nordic region.
- Design and implement effective sales and distribution strategies tailored to Nordic market structures.
- Define clear qualitative and quantitative sales targets and ensure execution together with the sales team.
- Take full ownership of revenue performance, budget responsibility, and target achievement.
- Manage sales forecasting, pipeline development, and performance tracking.
- Collaborate closely with marketing, product management, supply chain, and other internal functions to ensure aligned go-to-market execution.
- Monitor market trends and competitive dynamics to identify growth opportunities and risks.
KEY REQUIREMENTS
- Degree in Business Administration or a comparable commercial qualification.
- Several years of leadership experience in sales, ideally within home appliances, consumer electronics, or white goods.
- Proven track record in developing B2B customer relationships and successfully opening new accounts.
- Strategic yet hands-on leader with an entrepreneurial and growth-oriented mindset.
- Strong analytical skills and confidence working with forecasts, KPIs, and performance metrics.
- Advanced MS Office skills; CRM or ERP experience is a plus.
- Proactive, self-driven, and solution-oriented with a strong can-do attitude.
- Business Fluent in Swedish and English; other Nordic languages are a strong advantage.
