Accountabilities
- Lead, mentor, and scale a global Sales Operations, Governance, and Reporting team
- Own end-to-end sales governance, ensuring compliance, data integrity, risk management, and approval frameworks
- Define and maintain global reporting, forecasting, pipeline management, and performance tracking cadences
- Partner with senior sales leaders and executives to drive operational efficiency and sales effectiveness
- Serve as product owner for sales platforms (CRM, CLM, CPQ, AI-enabled tools) to optimize adoption and value realization
- Drive continuous improvement in sales operations processes, reporting standards, and operating models
- Collaborate cross-functionally with Finance, Legal, HR, Delivery, and Technology to align operations with broader business objectives
- Manage budgets, resources, and operational performance to sustain growth in a global organization
- 6–8+ years of experience in Sales Operations, Revenue Operations, or Sales/Client Leadership within a B2B organization
- 3–5+ years of experience leading global or matrixed teams
- Strong expertise in sales processes, pipeline management, forecasting, and go-to-market execution
- Hands-on experience with CRM, CLM, CPQ, Power BI, and AI-enabled tools (e.g., Copilot, ChatGPT)
- Advanced analytical and reporting capabilities, translating data into actionable insights
- Proven ability to influence senior stakeholders and drive adoption of new processes and tools
- Experience working in complex, fast-paced, technology-focused organizations
- Excellent communication, collaboration, and stakeholder management skills
- Degree in Business, Management, or related field preferred
