This role focuses on bringing the smartNsales Enterprise solution to the FMCG retail market.
About the Role
We are looking for someone who understands this problem from years of experience inside the FMCG retail ecosystem — someone who has worked with buying departments, supplier negotiations, key account relationships or retail activations and understands where the system breaks.
You will own and shape the go-to-market strategy for Switzerland, helping bring a new category of FMCG retail infrastructure to market.
Working directly with the founders, you will help define how smartNsales Enterprise enters and scales within the FMCG retail ecosystem.
Your responsibilities will include:
• Engaging with buying departments and retail leadership
• Identifying operational pain points inside FMCG retail organizations
• Opening strategic conversations with major retailers and brand partners
• Translating real FMCG workflows into product insights
• Helping position smartNsales as the operating system for FMCG retailer–brand collaboration
This role sits at the intersection of FMCG retail operations, strategy and technology.
You will work closely with the founders and product teams to shape both market strategy and product direction.

Your Profile
You likely have 5+ years of experience inside the FMCG retail ecosystem, for example in roles such as:
• Buying / Purchasing
• Category Management
• Key Account Management
• Trade Marketing
• Retail Operations
• Supplier or Commercial Management
• Retail Strategy or Commercial Leadership
Possibly within:
• Major FMCG retailers
• FMCG brands working with retail distribution
• Retail headquarters managing supplier relationships
You understand how FMCG retail really works:
• Managing supplier contracts and commercial agreements
• Coordinating promotions, activations and trade marketing campaigns
• Working across buying, marketing and store execution
• Aligning brands, retailers and distribution partners
• Navigating complex internal processes and approvals
