Key Responsibilities
- People & Leadership: Lead, coach, and scale the EMEA delivery team of 10 people. Drive a culture of excellence through coaching, clear KPIs, individual growth plans, and proactive hiring/onboarding.
- Operational Excellence: Own and evolve the EMEA operating model. Standardize delivery tooling, templates, improve documentation, and integrate AI to drive efficiency and predictability.
- Project Governance: Oversee portfolio of EMEA projects, ensuring projects are delivered within budget and quality, acting as an escalation point for delivery risks and in most critical projects.
- Financial & Capacity Management: Own resource planning and utilization. Partner with the COO on revenue forecasting (PS revenue, billability) and ensure accurate time-tracking for revenue recognition.
- Stakeholder & Sales Partnership: Support Sales in scoping feasible commitments. Act as a senior representative in steering committees for strategic, high-risk, or complex accounts.
- Cross-functional Alignment: Collaborate with Product to feed back implementation insights and with Support to ensure seamless transitions to steady-state.
- An Experienced Leader: You have a proven track record of growing and leading technical delivery teams in complex B2B SaaS or Healthcare-IT environments.
- Operationally Minded: You love building processes that scale and have a keen eye for improvement and can prove it with data.
- Customer-Centric: You can navigate high-stakes escalations and cultural differences with empathy and solution oriented mindset, and maintain trusted relationships with senior stakeholders.
- Strategic & Practical: You can design a three-year strategy but aren't afraid to dive into the details of a project plan when necessary.
- Language: You are fluent in German and English.
