StubHub International (SHI) is a marketplace that provides fans a safe, transparent, and trusted environment to buy and sell tickets for sport and music events all over the world. It allows fans with tickets they can no longer use to recoup part of the money they’ve spent and fans that didn’t have the chance to buy tickets when the on-sale, to access them at any time. The Opportunity:

We are currently looking for a highly skilled and customer-obsessed Head of Product to support our growth and ongoing transformation. Reporting directly to the CEO, this role will lead in shaping our product strategy and how we execute on it. The Head of Product will be responsible for defining and executing the vision for our product portfolio, ensuring it aligns with our business goals and customer needs. This role offers an exciting opportunity to lead a small but talented team of product managers and designers, and partner closely with engineers and other stakeholders in a collaborative and fast-paced environment.


  • Product Strategy: Develop and communicate a clear product vision and strategy that supports the company's growth and transformation objectives.
  • Agile Planning: Prioritize and iterate on the team’s initiatives and features based on business impact, customer inputs and learnings.
  • Team Leadership: Lead, mentor, and inspire a cross-functional product team, fostering a culture of empowerment, innovation, collaboration, and continuous improvement. Partner with the People team to implement initiatives to hire, develop and retain talent.
  • Customer-Centric Approach: Champion a “Fan First” mindset across the organization, conducting user research and analyzing data to make be the voice of the customer and informed product decisions.
  • Product Development: Oversee the end-to-end product development process, from ideation and design to development, testing, and release, for customer facing and internal initiatives.
  • Market Analysis: Stay up-to-date with industry trends and competitive analysis to identify new opportunities and areas for growth.
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Collaborate closely with marketing, operations, finance and other departments to ensure alignment and successful product launches.
  • Performance Metrics: Define and track key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure the success and impact of product initiatives.
  • Budget Management: Manage and allocate resources effectively to optimize product development efforts within budget constraints.


  • Proven experience (10+ years) in product management, preferably in e-commerce or a related B2C/C2C field, in agile environments
  • Strong leadership and team management skills in fast-paced environments, with demonstrated ability to deliver results.
  • Excellent communication and presentation abilities at a senior level.
  • Analytical mindset with the ability to make data-driven decisions.
  • Experience with agile methodologies and product management tools. Experience working with multiple disciplinary teams and remote workers.
  • Comfort with ambiguity, resilience and openness to change.
  • Degree in computer science, engineering, business, marketing, or a related field (MBA is a plus).
  • Fluent in English, Spanish fluency preferred
