This role consolidates talent acquisition, people experience, and strategic HR functions under a single, efficiency-focused position. You'll work directly with our COO to build lean, automated people processes that support our growth targets while maintaining our high-performance culture.

- Deliver predictable, high‑quality hiring for AI & Financial Services roles to support the BFSI pivot.
- Maintain lean, compliant People Ops across multiple jurisdictions with excellent employee experience.
- Instrument People metrics and automation to enable data‑driven decisions and faster execution.
- Talent Acquisition (60%)
- Own end-to-end recruitment for 15-30 hires annually
- Manage contractor/freelancer onboarding for project-based needs
- Build and maintain talent pipeline focusing on FSI-experienced AI engineers
- Optimize recruitment tech stack (Ashby + AI tools)
- Partner with hiring managers to define requirements and timelines

- Execute onboarding program (target: 2-days streamlined process)
- Manage performance review cycles via Leapsome
- Handle employee relations and conflict resolution
- Team members' relations management, including one-to-ones, ongoing feedback
