LaunchPad by LiftEngine is a SaaS data enrichment platform built for the DTC Marketing ecosystem. We help direct-to-consumer (DTC) brands boost customer retention and lifetime value by enriching their marketing databases with customer personas, demographic, behavioral, and interest-based insights, seamlessly integrated with Shopify, Klaviyo and more to come, no IT required.
Our platform powers smarter segmentation, personalized flows, and acquisition audiences for mid-market DTC brands ($10M–$500M revenue). We’re growing fast and building a partner ecosystem of marketing automation platform agencies to scale our reach. This is an early-stage, high-impact role at the center of that growth.
Role Description
This is a high-leverage, early-stage role. We’re not looking for someone to manage an existing program. We need someone to build one from scratch. The Partnership Lead will own the strategy and execution of LaunchPad’s agency channel, with a direct line to revenue and company growth.
If you’ve built a partner program before, understand how DTC agencies think, and can turn relationships into pipeline, this role was written for you.
What You’ll Do
Build the Partner Program
• Design LaunchPad’s agency partner program from the ground up: tiers, incentives, onboarding, and enablement
• Recruit and activate agencies as active sellers and advocates for LaunchPad
• Develop co-marketing assets, partner playbooks, and enablement materials
• Define commission structure and referral tracking (agencies earn 15% recurring on referred revenue)
Drive Revenue Through the Channel
• Translate agency partnerships into real, trackable pipeline
• Set partner revenue targets and hold partners accountable to producing results
• Report on partner-sourced pipeline and revenue; iterate the program based on performance
Own the Klaviyo Relationship
• Build deep relationships inside the Klaviyo partner and agency ecosystem
• Navigate Klaviyo’s partner manager network to unlock co-selling opportunities
• Represent LaunchPad at Klaviyo partner events, webinars, and conferences
Operate Like a Builder
• Set up partner tracking in CRM (HubSpot)
• Develop QBR frameworks and partner performance reviews
• Collaborate cross-functionally with product, marketing, and client success
Qualifications
Must-Haves
• 3–8+ years in partnerships, channel sales, or alliances at a SaaS or MarTech company
• Proven experience building a partner or channel program — not just managing one
• Deep familiarity with the Klaviyo and/or eCommerce agency ecosystem
• An existing rolodex: 20–50+ agency relationships you can activate on Day 1
• Commercially driven — you tie partnerships to pipeline and hold partners accountable
• Strong operator mindset: you can build frameworks, write playbooks, and run QBRs
Nice-to-Haves
• Prior experience as an agency BD lead or at a company selling into eCommerce brands
• Hands-on experience with Klaviyo (certifications, integration experience, or deep platform knowledge)
• Backgrounds in SMS platforms, loyalty tools, CDPs, attribution, or adjacent MarTech
• Experience with HubSpot CRM and outbound tools (Lusha, etc.)
Salary/Compensation
We believe in rewarding people who produce — and we recognize it takes time to build a program the right way. Here’s how this role is structured:
• Base Salary: $130,000+, commensurate with experience
• Variable Compensation: 30% OTE, paid against Year 1 milestones. Transitioning to partner-sourced revenue targets in Year 2
