We are growing rapidly internationally and are now looking for a Head of Partnerships to build and scale our global partner ecosystem.
This is a key role in Cind’s continued international expansion, combining strategic ownership with hands-on execution in a fast-moving, entrepreneurial environment with short decision-making paths.
The role
As Head of Partnerships, you will be responsible for defining, building, and executing Cind’s global partner strategy.
You will:
- Build and scale an international partner ecosystem across priority markets.
- Identify, recruit, onboard, and develop strategic partners.
- Define partner models, structures, and processes for selection, enablement, performance, and governance.
- Support partners throughout the sales process, both commercially and technically.
- Drive joint pipeline development and partner-led revenue growth.
- Establish long-term, high-performing partnerships through clear communication and continuous follow-up.
The role involves international travel and collaboration across multiple time zones.
About you
We believe you:
- Have proven experience building and managing international partnerships, ideally within technology, software, or industrial markets, and have worked with sales within the logistics sector.
- Are comfortable owning a role end-to-end, from strategy to execution.
- Enjoy building trusted, long-term relationships.
- Are commercially driven and results-oriented.
- Have a structured mindset and strong business judgment.
- Are technically curious and able to understand and explain complex systems.
- Are comfortable working globally and traveling as required.
- Are fluent in English, both spoken and written (additional languages are a plus).
